Appeals

Last updated 8 September 2026.

This page is a draft. It has not been published and does not reflect current policy.

If we take a moderation action against you, we tell you. You get an email for each moderation event, with a plain explanation of what was done and a link to appeal. We don’t share internal detail — which tool flagged an image, a reporter’s identity — but we do tell you enough to understand and contest the decision.

What you can appeal

What you can’t appeal here

Account removal. If your account has been removed, an appeal form isn’t the right route — contact us directly at support@cubeupload.com and we’ll deal with it as a separate matter.

How to appeal

Open the appeal link in the email we sent you, or sign in to your account and appeal from the moderation notice there. Tell us, in your own words, why you think the decision was wrong.

What happens next

A person reviews your appeal — including the original report and the full record of what was done and why. If we agree we got it wrong, we reverse the action, and usually any related actions taken against your account at the same time. We email you the outcome either way. If an appeal is rejected, that decision is final for that image or restriction.

An appeal is strictly between you and our staff. It is never visible to, or actionable by, any other user.

Draft — pending review.
